Services Offered
1. Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP)
The IOP is designed for minimal disruption to daily life, so clients can keep up with work, school and family while attending one-on-one sessions. The program emphasizes practical skills and step-by-step progress.
2. Anger Management
A 10-hour, one-on-one, court-approved program blends individualized sessions with structured homework. Clients learn prevention, containment and resolution techniques, and receive the documentation needed for courts, probation, HR or diversion programs.
3. Relationship Counseling
The counseling process begins with awareness, clarifying what’s really happening in the relationship. Heart Talk, a structured way to resolve conflict, helps couples restore connection and keep communicating well long after sessions end. Couples can meet weekly in the Relationship 911 Workshop or get away for the three-day Relationship 911 Retreat.
4. Recovery Retreat
The Recovery Retreat offers 14 hours of one-on-one recovery coaching with Mark over three days, with a private room and meals, as an alternative to residential treatment.
5. Books and Self-Study Materials
Mark Turansky’s Figure it, Face it & Fix it series extends the program into self-study workbooks and audio materials, reinforcing a “learn it, then use it” approach.
